The key to breaking any cycle of negativity is to shift your state of mind and current perspective. When in doubt, return to what is simple and what’s positive.
Every meaningful, loving connection that we forge in life creates a link of support and stability; that social web keeps us from falling in times of loss.
The tinder or “necessary starter ingredient” that is required to light a fire of inner growth on behalf of one’s personal development is wholly within.
No matter the uncontrollable circumstances that affect our lives, we always retain the ability and power to choose how we react — whether or not we fight on.
